Cops pulled over two guys on Ditmas Ave. Friday and found 58,000 packs of Marlboros inside their truck, part of a massive operation to sell tax-free cigarettes.The Post reports "Marvin Whatley, 30, and his brother Marlon, 32, were arrested after cops discovered the haul -- worth $580,000 on the street -- in the truck on Ditmas Avenue in Flatbush."

The FULL price of cigs are $10. They wouldn't be able to get $580,000 for 58,000 packs... $250,000 max!
